Yeah, I can’t quite leave you, can I?
I tried, but
It’s sort of a “love/hate” relationship we have,
Isn’t it?
I just wanted to do things my own way.
Just wanted what I wanted,
but you had other ideas.
I apologize for the ways
that I was rude to you.
I was disrespectful and
arrogant.
You showed me again and again
How unhappy you were.
I ignored your pleas.
We’re recommitted now.
I’m doing things differently.
Maybe this time, We’ll stay together –
At least for a while longer.
